workshop Description

In this workshop, participants will spend an afternoon harvesting wild tea plants from Sharjah’s deserts. They will learn how to identify five different kinds of wild plants native to Sharjah’s ecosystem that can be used for making tea. Participants will harvest, cook and prepare five different wild desert teas. Each participant is encouraged to bring a harvest basket, camera and notepad for note taking.
