Description
Guatemala had a flourishing contemporary art scene but no museum for contemporary art prior to 2012. Working alongside Jessica Kairé, Stefan Benchoam found a creative, sustainable and pragmatic approach to materialise this, resulting in a small scale institution, with a unique vision and ambitious program, called NuMu (Nuevo Museo de Arte Contemporáneo).
