Activities
Painting Activity
Join this activity to paint portraits of friends, family or other people in attendance.
Henna Design Activity
Discover a variety of Arabic and Indian henna designs, and learn how to create some basic designs yourself. Different henna artists will be present to apply your choice of design.
Mini-Takya Design Activity
Create miniature versions of traditional Emirati cushions called takya using stencils of traditional Emirati designs and patterns in UAE flag colours.
Emirati Karaoke
Sing along with a live band and have fun with Emirati songs. No experience required.
Traditional Games
Traditional Emirati gatherings are never complete without coffee, sweets and board games. To celebrate these traditions, play classic games such as carrom, UNO, marbles and the canvas bag race along with contemporary board games designed by Emirati graphic designers and produced in the UAE.
Traditional Clothing Photo Booth
At the Traditional Clothing Photo Booth, pose for an instant photograph wearing Emirati clothing, such as kandoora or jalabiya.
