Making Sculptures
Inspired by Sheikha Al Mazrou’s work Cast Documents, participants will form groups to experiment with construction materials as a basic medium of art making and work together to create sculptures.
Ages:6-10
Extracting Natural Pigments
Participants will visit Ayman Zedani’s work non-human-assembly at SAF Art Spaces. After listening to the artist explain his concept for the community of yeast and bacteria he created, participants will work with the same kinds of plants used in the exhibition and learn how to extract natural colours from these plants.
