Overview
Inspired by the vibrant flavours of #SAFneighbourhood and Sharjah’s architecture and urban landscape captured in Vantage Point Sharjah 5, participants will join Chef B in a lesson in edible sculptures that evoke Sharjah’s culinary and architectural identity. These sculptures will be inspired by scents from the spice souq and aromas emanating from cafeterias serving cuisines from around the Middle East and the subcontinent as well as the blend of architectural styles found within a stone’s throw of Sharjah Art Foundation.
