Description
In this workshop, participants will be introduced to a new form of creative writing: automatic poetry. They will be given writing pads and a pencil and asked to write freely about whatever comes to mind. After they have practiced for a short period and developed an understanding of the process of automatic writing, they will write a poem in only three minutes about two or three objects they have selected. The automatic writing process will help participants increase their focus and speed in writing.
