Workshop Description
Participants will join an expedition to explore the shops around Jamal Abdul Nasser Street and document them in their sketchbooks and journals. They will also encounter popular street food and the flashing store signs advertising the falafel and shawarma dishes. Participants will be inspired by the bustle and movement in the area whilst capturing the vibrant night scene through sketching, photographing the sights, collecting found objects and even interviewing pedestrians and shopkeepers.
