Gardening gives participants an opportunity to learn important life skills such as responsibility and patience. It is also a great way to develop environmental awareness. In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of gardening and gain an understanding of how to grow seasonal vegetables, fruits and flowers. They will be involved in every step of the process as they learn to care for their plants by watering, weeding and harvesting their crop.
