Overview

If the merit of beauty is simplicity, then it is the great intuition of a child's sensibility. No subject matter is important as common aesthetical consciousness. A flying butterfly or a colourful fish can give immense joy. It is the child's world. Many subjects belong to this world, the happiness of which is assured, even when sometimes no subject can be defined.

But often children drown into deep sorrow, they find that a lizard's jaw traps a butterfly or the small colourful fish is in the mouth of a big fish. I search for my subject from these and want to draw like them, want to think like them. I know many questions are unanswered and the childlike mentality needs no answer. I hope that I will arrive at that unquestionable beauty in the world with such techniques and subjects of innocence.
