A film that refuses to disclose or foreclose its subjects or objects, until the time of its making and viewing. memories of our underdevelopment attempts to navigate the fault lines between notions of development and under-development. It also attempts to discover the lines that conjoin disparate geographies and temporalities. This is the second public iteration of a film developing during the time of the biennial and involving research in various places, most recently in a few towns and villages in Nepal and India.
