Reem Elbadawi (One Sudan One Sound of Solidarity (OSOS))

Reem Elbadawi (b. 1982, Khobar, Saudi Arabia) is a Sudanese artist and museum professional. Her research focuses on analysing contextual data, conducting oral history interviews and developing content for exhibitions and galleries. She is currently the Research, Programming and Publications Coordinator at The Africa Institute, Sharjah. Previously, she contributed to the creation of content for cultural and heritage projects in the UAE, including the Al Maktoum Hospital Museum (2014), Etihad Museum (2015), Al Shindagha Museum (2016) and Al Fahidi Historical District (2018). She holds a BFA from the College of Fine Arts, University of Sharjah (2010), and a master’s degree in the history of art and museum studies from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi (2013).
