Rei Co (b. 2006, Pasay City, Philippines) is a professional dancer based in Dubai. She began dancing at the age of six and joined Sima Dance Company two years later. At age 12, she launched her professional career, and at 13, she choreographed her debut solo for Ansaf by Alaa Krimed. She then started teaching contemporary dance and hip hop at Sima Performing Arts, where she continues to train and mentor young dancers. She has performed at various venues in the UAE, including Dubai Opera, Expo 2020 Amphitheatre and NYUAD’s Black Box and Red Theater, and in international performances with Sima Dance Company. In 2024, she premiered her first original choreographic work titled INA, marking a new chapter in her creative journey. Co’s practice reflects a deep commitment to movement, expression and storytelling rooted in both discipline and experimentation.
