Makan Press founder Ibi Ibrahim presents their debut publication titled Photography from Yemen, the first survey of contemporary Yemeni photography, featuring 14 artists from Yemen and its diaspora. Through reflections on his 14-year career as a visual artist, publishing processes and upcoming projects, Ibrahim highlights the importance of giving Yemeni photographers a platform to share their work and tell their stories.
