Overview

Sharjah Art Foundation’s courses and workshops for youth and adults offer opportunities for participants to enjoy and appreciate contemporary art within the context of Sharjah’s rich artistic heritage and dramatic landscapes. Designed for participants aged 17 and older, sessions are conducted in English and/or Arabic, depending on the needs of the group.

Sharjah Art Foundation is committed to making its programmes inclusive and accessible. Disability access symbols are included with all descriptions of the coursesto indicate their accessibility. It should be mentioned, however, that all activities can be accessible to all abilities as long as they are done under a caregiver’s supervision and guidance.

  • Ramadan 2024

    Take part in studio art courses at Sharjah Art Institute this winter, and express your creativity through ceramics, engraving, printmaking, drawing and painting.

    Designed for youth (ages 17+) and adults, the sessions introduce concepts, theories, tools and techniques that will help you develop your artistic skills. Sessions are in Arabic and/or English, depending on the needs of the participants.
