We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) are not in their original condition or packaging, or if they have been damaged or used. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

All sales of tickets are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a cancelled performance. If a performance is cancelled, we will issue a refund for the full value of the ticket(s) purchased.
