A Map of Your Portrait

Inspired by the artist Andrew Sthal, participants will create paintings in reflection of their own portraits using maps of their own design.


Ages: 6–10

Global Portraits

Inspired by artist Andrew Stahl, participants will paint imaginary portraits using acrylic colours and thick paper. Participants can talk more about their portraits after they have completed them and how their pieces came to generate meaning for them. This workshop aims to give participants the space to be creative within the artist’s mindset in order to develop appreciation and understanding for the artist’s work.
