Discovering the Art of Stitching and Binding
Ages: 11 to 15 years

Date: Wednesday – Thursday, 7 – 8 February 2024
Timings: 10:00 am–12:00 pm
Location: Al Hamriyah Art Centre , Al Madam Art Centre , Al Dhaid Art Centre
Language: Arabic and English

Join us in a two-session course where we'll start by reviewing the history of Japanese bookbinding. We will lay the foundations for participants to understand the concept and craft books using specialized tools, handmade paper, and linen threads to create albums or artistic binders.
