Workshop Description
Introduction to Sewing
Ages 15+
Dates: Tuesday–Thursday, 20–22 August 2024
Timings: 11:00 am–1:00 pm
Location: Al Madam Art Centre
Languages: Arabic and English
Learn how to operate a sewing machine. Become familiar with a variety of fabrics, and find out how to stitch different types of seams. At the end of the workshop, put together a sample file containing all the stitches you have learned and the techniques for making them.
