Sculpture (Advanced)
Ages: 6–15
Dates: Mondays to Thursdays, 8 May –25 June
Timings: 10:00 am–12:00 pm or 5:00 pm–7:00 pm
Location: Al Hamriyah Art Centre
Language: Arabic
Experiment with the properties of gypsum, and learn to cast a mould for sculptural works that can produce multiple copies. Explore the different methods of making and colouring moulds as well as ways in which to sculpt directly with gypsum and give the sculpture the appropriate texture.
