Sculpture (Beginners)
Course for Children
Date: two days from Monday to Thursday, 19 September–29 December 2022
Timings: 10:00 am–12:00 pm OR 5:00 pm–7:00 pm
Location: Al Hamriyah Art Centre
Ages: 9–15
Language: Arabic
This course is an introduction to sculpture in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional forms. Participants will learn the foundations of sculpture and gain an understanding of how to use and shape clay. They will also explore the sculptural uses of gypsum, its treatment and the relationship between mass and vacuum.
