Peter Eleey is the Curator of MoMA PS1 in New York, where he most recently organised survey exhibitions of the paintings of Henry Taylor and the films of George Kuchar. Coinciding with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 this past fall, he curated September 11, which was composed largely of work created prior to the attacks. From 2007-2010 he was the Visual Arts Curator at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, prior to which he served as Curator and Producer at Creative Time, the public art organisation founded in New York in 1974. While at Creative Time, he oversaw a wide range of multidisciplinary projects, exhibitions and events around the city, collaborating both with local government and private property owners.
