Ice Cream workshop, Sharjah, 2017

Overview

To beat the summer heat, participants will learn how to concoct unique ice cream creations inspired by the aromas and flavours found in the spice souq of #SAFneighbourhood and the nearby fruit and vegetable market. Under the guidance of Vasco Sousa the mastermind chef behind the creation of Jelly Belly Ice Cream, participants will be divided into small groups and challenged to incorporate different combinations of adventurous ingredients such as spices, candies, fruits, vegetables and even vegan options into their ice cream recipes. The workshop will come to a sweet conclusion with a tasting of each group's finished product as well as Jelly Belly’s selection of gourmet ice cream.
