Course Description
The course aims to take participants through the process of developing a short film script from first to final draft. They will build upon their existing script, with a focus on narrative structure and character development. Throughout the classes, participants will further develop their stories using Syd Field’s three-act structure and build up their characters using Dunne’s four levels as well as other character development tools. Industry standard script formatting will also be discussed.
