Sharjah Art Foundation presents the third exhibition in a four-year series titled Sharjapan, curated by Yuko Hasegawa, which examines modern and contemporary architecture in Japan. Opening on 27 November 2020, this edition includes drawings, photographs and models that offer an insight into major architectural works from the early-20th century as well as innovative experiments by established practitioners and an emerging generation. The project features the work of architects such as Koji Fujii, Kazuo Shinohara, Junya Ishigami, Maki Onishi, Kazuyo Sejima and Toyo Ito, among others.
