Leila Arab is a London-based record producer and DJ. Her recent releases include the EP Nu Renegade (2015), in collaboration with Zebra Katz. Among her albums are U&I (Warp, 2012), Blood Looms and Blooms (Warp, 2008), Courtesy of Choice (XL Recordings, 2000) and Like Weather (Rephlex, 1998). One of Arab’s tracks, Storm, appeared in Matthew Barney’s film Drawing Restraint 9 (2005). She has performed at various festivals, including Sonar, Meltdown, and Pukkelpop, and was one of the resident musicians in Xavier Veilhan’s Studio Venezia at the French Pavilion, 57th Venice Biennale (2017).
