Preservation Menu: A Suhoor ‘Grazing Table’

Experience a tasting menu created by SB15 artist Moza Almatrooshi that highlights themes of preservation from her study of botany and ecology. On the menu are dishes prepared with traditional UAE preservation techniques such as pickling and curing.

The Agriculture School is a community and student programme of workshops, discussions and meals that aim to build a framework of knowledge about agricultural practices in different natural and urban environments and the relationship that farmers and consumers have with these environments.
